Hello Bernheim Middle School Family,
I am sending out this email in regards to the upcoming Fall Festival, Friday 10/28/16 from 5-8 pm. I need parent volunteers to help with the following stations, Please respond to me either from this email, call or text me so I can put you on the list. I have most everything handled up to this point ( I think) however, I still need help that night.
I need the following slots filled please:
Set Up 3:00-4:45
Game ticket 5-6:30
Duck Pond 5-6:30
Meal tickets 5-6:30
Auction bidder help, clean up
I also, want your opinion, We are doing BBQ from Marks Feed Store. I can do the following option for the meal, please let me know what option you feel like would sell best and if you think the price is ok.
BBQ sandwich, pickles, 2 sides ( baked beans, potato salad ) drink and dessert for $6.50
BBQ sandwich, pickles, chips, drink and dessert for $5.00
we will also be serving meal #2
Hotdog, chips, drink and dessert $3.50

Also, if you have auction items, please get those into school for me by Wednesday or at least let me know by then, what you have so we can get it on the auction brochure.
