The Shepherdsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department allowed seniors to learn about a valuable career option. The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority was a popular booth for many seniors. Seniors visit the booth of Bullitt County Jailer Martha Knox. Following 30 minutes of table discussions, seniors visited booths featuring colleges, careers, military, emergency and environmental. Seniors learned valuable information from college and career professionals. Many seniors took notes during Close the Deal. Over 300 seniors comprise Bullitt Central's Class of 2016. Seniors acquire firsthand knowledge about college campus life and admissions. Close the Deal allows seniors to meet with college and career officials.
