Bullitt East High School of Distinction Ceremony
Bullitt County Public School Superintendent Keith Davis and Kentucky Commissioner of Education Dr. Stephen L. Pruitt talk prior to the Bullitt East High School of Distinction Ceremony. The entire student body gathered for the ceremony the main Bullitt East gymnasium. A mixture of current and former staff attended the ceremony. Assistant Principal Kari Stewart joins returning staff to celebrate the School of Distinction honor. Bullitt East students recite the pledge of Allegiance at the School of Distinction Ceremony. Maddie Wilson recognizes guests and introduced Mt. Washington Mayor Barry Armstrong. Former Bullitt East Principal and current Board of Education member Debby Atherton led the applause at the School of Distinction ceremony. Principal Willie Foster praised students for their work on the K-PREP exam along teachers past and presented for setting high expectations. Noah Franklin congratulated students on their accomplishment. Bullitt East High School of Distinction Ceremony guests applauded the comments by students.
