KPREP Chalk the Walk Project at Overdale Elementary School
'Don't Stress. Do Your Best. Forget The Rest. 'Believe you Can and You Are Halfway There.' Another 'You Can Do It. 'Trust Yourself. You Know More Than You Think You Do.' 'You Can Do It!' echoing one of the more popular catch phrases. 'Be a KPREP Test Taking Star.' Train tracks. Positive phrases punctuate Overdale Elementary School's walkway. A student participates in the KPREP Chalk the Walk at Overdale Elementary School. It was inspiring to have  the middle and high school students help do this and watch as they talked of their experiences with testing as well, A special thanks to Rachelle Elam and Cheyenne Warren as well. 'You Are Capable of More Than You Know.' Mrs. Burnett worked on the train with the “ I think I can” theme with teachers saying “We know you can” and man more motivational quotes. The front walkway was chalked for car riders as well as the rear school entry for bus riders. About 15 Zoneton Middle and North Bullitt High school students helped Overdale Elementary School instructional tutor Ange Burnett “Chalk the Walk”  to help motivate third through fifth grade students as they began KPREP testing May 14.
