2015 Back to School
Bullitt Lick Middle School students enjoy lunch on the first day of the 2015-2016 school year. Bullitt Lick Middle School Principal Lee Barger asked staff and parents to decorate their cars with red, while and blue school pride for the first day. New Brooks Elementary School Principal Melissa Boyle praises students for listening to their teachers while in the hallway. The Bullitt County Board of Education at a recent meeting unanimously voted to rename the Brooks Elementary School media center the Marvin F. Stewart Library in honor of the longtime administrator. Maryville Elementary School staff answer questions and assist parents. North Bullitt High School students exit a fleet of buses early on August 12 to start the 2015-2016 school year. Maryville Elementary School Counselor Kaet Barron dressed as a crayon box, ringing a cow bell and holding a sign proclaiming 'orange you glad to be back at school? I'm tickled pink!'
