Bullitt Central High 2015 School Close the Deal
Bullitt Central High School Principal Jim Beavers welcomes the Class of 2016 to Close the Deal. District Director of College and career Readiness Christy Coulter, a former BCHS principal, takes a selfie with seniors. Close the Deal allows seniors to meet with college and career officials. Seniors acquire firsthand knowledge about college campus life and admissions. Over 300 seniors comprise Bullitt Central's Class of 2016. Many seniors took notes during Close the Deal. Seniors learned valuable information from college and career professionals. Following 30 minutes of table discussions, seniors visited booths featuring colleges, careers, military, emergency and environmental. Seniors visit the booth of Bullitt County Jailer Martha Knox. The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority was a popular booth for many seniors. The Shepherdsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department allowed seniors to learn about a valuable career option.
