Shepherdsville Elementary School Kids Cafe sponsored by a Metro United Way grant. The cafe featured a learning component such as reading followed by an enrichment activity then a meal. Finding a comfortable seat was easy on the Learning is Fun Resource bus parked outside Shepherdsville Elementary School during the Kids Cafe. The enrichment component tat the Kids Cafe was provided by the Bullitt County Cooperative Extension Agency. Kids Cafe participants enjoyed digging through dirt looking for fossils. After visiting the Resource bus, listening to a good book and digging for fossils, it was time for s meal at the Shepherdsville Elementary School Kids Cafe.
