May 2016 District Assembly and Board of Education meeting
District Technology Coordinator Jim Jackson gave a PowerPoint presentation about the history of technology and what they future looks like during the May 2016 District Assembly meeting at Freedom Elementary School. The audience listens as District Technology Coordinator presents during the May 2016 District Assembly meeting in the Freedom Elementary School library media center. Bullitt East High School freshmen Abigail Clarkson and Sara Weber and sophomore Brooke Taylor addressed the Bullitt County Board of Education about the Project Lead The Way initiative. Bullitt County Board of Education members and the audience listen to Bullitt East High School students in Darrell Vincent give a report on Project Lead The Way. Bullitt East High School juniors Clayton Miller, Justin Defler and Alex Lucas describe the sarble morter they built. The sarble morter is designed to detect plastic from glass from wood when placing marbles in various bins. Board of Education member Lorraine McLaughlin takes a closer look at the sarble morter (marble sorter).
