Academy Sports and Outdoors, Middletown, KY 2014 - 2016
Senior Team Lead in Team Sports Department
Customer service leader for the Team Sports Department.  
Supervised and scheduled the associates in the Team Sports Department, manage the department.   Also work as a cashier, and stockperson

Other athletic related experiences in Kentucky:  Usher for Louisville Bats, PA for Bellarmine Soccer, Field Hockey. 

South Bend Community School Corporation South Bend, IN  2013 – 2014
Athletic Director for James W Riley High School
 I directed all aspects of daily activities within the athletic program of the school, including game management for athletic contests.
My goal was to cultivated positive and enduring relationships with the community.
We provided athletic opportunities for the 1300 students with 21 Varsity Level sports and 2 club sports. 
Key achievement:  We started an athletics department web site, this was a top 10 athletic website in Indiana.  

Sparta Area Schools Sparta, MI    2000 – 2013
Director of Athletics (7th – 12 Grade) 
I directed all aspects of daily activities within the athletic program of the school district, including game management for athletic contests.
We provided opportunities for 840 high school and 750 middle school students to participate in 22 different athletic programs.
I was responsible for hiring, supervising and evaluating coaches for 65 interscholastic teams. 
Additional responsibilities: Title IX Coordinator for the District, Adviser of Student Athletic Council, Driver Education Administrator and teacher 
MHSAA Registered Wrestling official

Key Achievements:
MIAAA Regional Athletic Director of the Year 
President of the OK Conference Athletic Director Commission 
President of the OK Blue Division 
President of the West Michigan Middle School League 
Designed the new high school indoor athletic facility
Formulated and managed budgets. Met target budget of $500,000.  Stayed fiscally responsible as the budget was decreased each year.  
Added new programs without adding to budget.

Fowlerville Community Schools Fowlerville, MI  1999-2000
Assistant High School Principal 
I directed all aspects of daily activities within high school.  We cultivated positive and enduring relationships with the school community and discussed school strategies and goals for 10-12th grade building (approximately 600 students and 45 staff).

Stockbridge Community Schools, Stockbridge, MI  1995-1999
Assistant High School Principal/High School and Middle School Athletic Director
I directed all aspects of daily activities within the high school.  We cultivated positive and enduring relationships with the school community and discussed school strategies and goals for approximately 500 students and 40 teaching staff.
I also directed all aspects of daily activities within the athletic program of the school district, including game management for athletic contests. The Athletic Program providing opportunities for 500 high school students and 450 middle school students annually to participate in 20 different programs

Key Achievements:
Added soccer program for boys and girls
Varsity Football Assistant Coach, one season, ended a 32 game losing streak.

Classroom teacher for many different social study courses
Coach for Varsity Football, Wrestling and Softball.
President of the BCEA (1989-1995) Help to negotiate two contracts moving teachers from 20th in the county to 4th in overall compensation.
