Addition to Supply List
Public Library Card

The teachers of Bernheim Middle School and the Bullitt County Public Library will be working together to provide FREE services and programs to the students of BMS. To take advantage of this beneficial partnership, students are required to obtain a FREE Bullitt County Public Library card. There is no charge for the card. However, it is required that a parent/guardian sign up for a card first and sign an application form for children under 18 years of age. To apply for a library card, all patrons or their parent or guardian must show current identification and proof of current address. Acceptable forms of identification include: Driver’s license, Picture ID, or Work ID.

Library cards can be obtained at any branch of the public library during regular hours. Library locations and hours can be found @ http://www.bcplib.org/about/locations.html

You can still buy a 2014-2015 yearbook. The cost is $25.00.
