Assistive Technology
Assistive technology is used by individuals with disabilities in order to perform functions that might otherwise be difficult or impossible. For example, assistive technology can include hardware, software, and peripherals that assist people with disabilities in accessing computers, as well as many types of communication devices and software. BCPS students have classroom technology that assists them with communication and accessing core content.
