Incoming Kindergarten Families, this one's for you!
We're gearing up for our Kindergarten Pre-Registration Day and wanted to share some important details with you.
Our pre-registration event is not only an opportunity to enroll for the fall, but also for our staff to meet you and learn a little bit about your child. In addition, all registering students will leave with a backpack of free resources to use in preparation for kindergarten!
On the day of pre-registration (March 11th) stop by your future kindergartner's school and be sure to have the following items with you:
- Photo ID/Driver's License
- Two Proofs of Residency:
- Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license
- Current employee check stub – must have current address
- Voter registration card
- Government agency correspondence – must have current address
- Utility bill: current electricity, gas or water bill – must have current address
- Authentic home builder contract with approved district transfer, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document
- Student Birth Certificate (must be state-issued, not the hospital version)
- KY Certificate of Immunization
- Health Care Examination Form
- Eye and Dental Exams are required by January 1st of the year of enrollment
