📣 Community Town Hall: Let’s Talk About Youth Vaping 📣 The Bullitt County Youth Coalition and the Bullitt County Health Department are hosting an important town hall on Wednesday, May 14 from 6:00–7:30 PM at the Bullitt County Public Library – Central Branch (740 Conestoga Parkway, Shepherdsville, KY). This event is more than just a meeting—it’s a call to action. Youth vaping continues to affect our schools, families, and neighborhoods. We need your voice at the table. ✅ Hear from local health experts, youth advocates, and educators ✅ Share your concerns, experiences, and ideas in an open forum ✅ Learn how we can work together to create safer, healthier communities for our youth Whether you're a parent, teacher, healthcare provider, or community member—your perspective matters. 📣 Big news from BCPS! Thanks to a generous grant from Ford Philanthropy, facilitated by our partners at Metro United Way, Bullitt County Public Schools will receive $82,000 to support students experiencing homelessness through transportation and academic services. This funding will help us provide gas cards, part-time van driver services, and academic supports like tutoring, credit recovery, and college and career readiness support to up to 500 students, removing real barriers and creating real opportunities.
