Dear BCPS Families, Helping your child retain learning over summer vacation is important. i-Ready can help! Your child can work on i-Ready in Math and Reading from any computer with internet access all summer long. Students can log in through Clever using their BCPS email and password. Students are encouraged to complete 40 minutes per week in both Reading and Math. This regular practice helps prevent summer learning loss and sets your child up for success in the fall! ✅ A Summer Learning Tracker will help your child stay on target each week. 📄 We’ve attached a step-by-step directions page to help you log in to i-Ready through Clever. 💻 For the best experience, we recommend using an actual computer or Chromebook instead of an iPhone or iPad. Let’s make this a summer of growth!

Big news! We’re thrilled to welcome Mrs. Wooldridge as our new school Library Media Specialist! Mrs. Wooldridge brings a love of books, a passion for student learning, and a creative spark to our library. She’s already busy turning our library into a vibrant hub for reading, research, and imagination. We can’t wait for students to experience the exciting new ideas and opportunities she’s bringing to our library! We're so excited to watch Mrs.Wooldridge transition into this new role next year! If you've been around Maryville awhile, you know Mrs.Wooldridge loves MES and our community so much. We can't imagine a better fit for this position! ❤️💙

Good evening! Tomorrow is Field Day! We will have our day of fun rain or shine. Here are some things to remember to bring tomorrow to make it a success! - a towel - a change of clothes - water bottle - sunglasses/hat/rain jacket - money for snacks! I would recommend putting sunscreen on your student before coming to school. If they’d like to bring a small backpack to carry their belongings they can, but they are responsible for it. We will have a Field Day regardless of the weather! Can’t wait to have an awesome day tomorrow!

Also, drinks like water, mini gatorades, caprisun’s, etc. If you bring in an item to donate, your students name will be entered into a drawing to win a scooter! Due to the threat of severe weather this evening, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s performance. The safety of our students, staff, and families is our priority at this time. We are rescheduling the Friday night performance for Monday at 6:00 pm. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled performance, you can either attend the Sunday performance at 2:00 pm or contact the school for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and support.
