Dear Parent/Guardian,
The MWMS/EMS Youth Services Center is conducting our biennial Needs Assessment to help us better understand the needs of our students and families. Your feedback is an important part of this process and will guide our planning and programs for the next two years. The information collected will help us identify priority areas—such as academic support, family engagement, health services, and basic needs—so we can provide resources and programs that best support our school community. We value your input and appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete this survey.
