National School Bus Safety Week, October 19–23
Let’s work together to keep our BCPS students safe! This week, we’re reminding everyone to slow down, watch for school buses, obey stop arms, and stay alert in school zones.
A special thank you to our amazing BCPS bus drivers who help our students get to and from school safely every day!

The National Beta Club is an organization dedicated to recognizing academic achievement, developing leadership, building character, and encouraging students to serve their schools and communities.
We had the honor of welcoming our newest members during our ROC Beta Club Induction Ceremony!
Induction is more than just a ceremony. It represents a commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and making a positive impact on others.
We are so proud of our newest members and cannot wait to watch them continue to lead by serving others. #MovingForwarde #YourStory #BCPSBAMS #BCPSBetaClub
Our BAMS Bee Team has been BEE-sy at Bernheim!
Through our incredible partnership with Bernheim and the guidance of their amazing mentors, our students have had the opportunity to take learning beyond the classroom and make a real impact!
From harvesting honey and learning about native bees and honey bees to stepping up as leaders at community events like BugFest, our students continue to learn, grow, and give back! As Mastery Learners, they are building knowledge through authentic, hands-on experiences, and as Community Contributors, they are using that knowledge to educate others, support conservation efforts, and make a difference in the world around them.
We are so thankful for our Bernheim mentors and the opportunities they provide our students to learn, lead, and grow! 💛🐝 #MovingForward #YourStory #BCPSBAMS #BernheimForest
