Bullitt County Public Schools (BCPS) is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Abby Baylor as the new Assistant Principal of Specialized Programs and the Area Technology Center (ATC), effective July 1, 2025.
Ms. Baylor brings a wealth of experience, dedication, and leadership to her new role. She began her career in education at Bullitt Central High School (BCHS), where she served for eight years. Four of those years as a Business & Marketing instructor and four as an Assistant Principal. Throughout her tenure at BCHS, Abby has consistently demonstrated a passion for student success and a commitment to innovative educational practices.
Abby holds an impressive academic background including a Rank I Ed.S. in Instructional Leadership and a Master of Arts in Teaching Business & Marketing, both from the University of the Cumberlands, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Midway University.

Outside of her professional life, Abby enjoys spending time with her family, boxing, and playing video games. Her well-rounded background and student-first mindset make her an ideal leader for this important position.
