Bullitt County Public Schools (BCPS) is proud to announce the selection of Mrs. Stefanie Kleinholter as the new Director of Communications. Mrs. Kleinholter is a passionate and experienced educational leader whose career has been dedicated to supporting students, staff, and families. Her strong background in instructional technology, professional learning, and community engagement will be invaluable as she leads efforts to share the stories and successes of BCPS.
Mrs. Kleinholter is well-known throughout the district for her deep commitment and impactful contributions. From 2007 to 2021, she served as a classroom teacher at Mt. Washington Elementary, where she was recognized for her work in assessment, instruction, classroom management, and community building. In addition to her classroom work, she served as a Teacher Mentor and contributed as a presenter and Master Teacher Panelist in BCPS’s THRIVE Academy.
Most recently, Mrs. Kleinholter served as a Digital Learning Coach, where she supported all 13 elementary schools in integrating technology to enhance teaching and learning. She has been instrumental in helping educators and students use digital tools effectively and creatively, empowering them to innovate and collaborate. Beyond her work within the district, she has shared her expertise through presentations at educational technology conferences, helping to advance digital learning and strengthen partnerships.
Superintendent Dr. Jesse Bacon shared his confidence in Mrs. Kleinholter’s appointment, stating, “Stefanie’s leadership, communication skills, and dedication to our district make her an excellent fit for this role. I am confident that her work will help us continue to share the incredible stories of Bullitt County Public Schools and build strong connections with our community.”
