Bett Builders Announcement

SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY – Bullitt County Public Schools (BCPS) is proud to announce that Dr. Brandy Howard has been selected as a founding member of the prestigious Bett Builders community. In this role, Dr. Howard will help shape the inaugural Bett USA conference, a premier international education technology and innovation event making its historic US debut in Nashville from November 8–10, 2027.

Bett USA is being built from the ground up alongside top K–12 leaders. The initiative focuses on practical learning, meaningful peer connection, and empowering educators to move technological and instructional innovation forward with confidence.

As part of the exclusive Bett Builders community, Dr. Howard joins a select cohort of visionary changemakers representing:

  • 22 states across the nation.

  • 48 distinct school systems and organizations.

  • 2.8 million+ students impacted by district and state leaders.

  • 20 million+ students impacted by national education organizations.

  • A remarkable breadth of experiences, perspectives, and leadership across K–12 education.

Dr. Howard was selected following a competitive review process. The founding committee noted that leaders chosen for the Bett Builders community share a deep belief in the power of collaboration, a desire to connect with thoughtful peers, and a strict commitment to shaping a future of learning that is innovative, equitable, and rooted in real-world impact.
