The Herff Jones Company will be providing Bullitt Central High School's Official Graduation Announcements, Caps & Gowns, and Senior Year Keepsakes for the Class of 2025.
Enclosed in this email you will find all the information needed to order your official Graduation Items!
Seniors will be bringing home the graduation ordering information packets they have received. However, this email and attachments includes everything that you need.
Campus Order Deadline: MONDAY EVENING, OCTOBER 21, 5PM-7PM AND TUESDAY, OCTOBER 22, during the lunch periods. We ask that all seniors have their orders placed ON-LINE PRIOR to this ON-CAMPUS DATE. If you don't have your order placed online by this date, you are welcome place your order in person.
Several of the "Early Delivery" items that are ordered such as 2025 souvenir tassels, t-shirts, hoodies, etc. will be delivered at school on the date listed above.
"Avoid the Lines" --- We ask that all seniors place their order online prior to this campus order date. We will then have all of your Early Delivery items packed and ready for you to pick up on that day.
All other senior items ordered including the cap/gown and graduation announcements will be delivered in April, 2025.
For ease of ordering and payment, the Herff Jones Company is offering a deposit system for the larger graduation orders. The final balance will not need to be paid in full until March 1, 2025.
Deposit System:
Order total: $0-$100 = Full Payment
$100-$400 = $100 Deposit
$400+ = $200 Deposit

The Herff Jones Company will be here on campus FOR JUNIORS to place their class ring orders:
TUESDAY NIGHT, October 21, 5PM-7PM, for a "PARENT NIGHT" in the High School front lobby
WEDNESDAY , October 22, 10AM-12:30PM, during the lunch periods.
Orders must be placed either online at: highschool.herffjones.com or at school on the October dates, to be received for the 2026 BCHS Junior Class Ring Ceremony in March, 2025.
