Being a great friend and person is the single most important thing and Thomas has demonstrated that he is exactly that. When a peer was struggling with the change in routine and noise level on picture day, Thomas stepped up to help keep him calm and make sure he felt safe. Way to go, Thomas!

Students in Ms. Bast's reading rotations reviewed their knowledge of text features today as they operated on their patient (magazines). Students put on their hair net, mask and gloves and got to work removing the different types of text features and identifying how each helps the reader understand the text.

This afternoon, Mrs. Ludwick's class had an Author "visit" with Peter H. Reynolds, author of The Dot. While meeting with the class, he introduced his new book, When You Dream Big and we cannot wait to read it!







This smile says it all! Shout out to Bryson for showing great growth on his math test and completing his independent work today. He has reasons to be proud of himself!
