♻️ Celebrating Our 3rd Grade Recycling Heroes! ♻️

Our amazing 3rd graders have reached an incredible milestone — 105,000 cans collected! 🎉 This is a huge step on the road to recycling success, and we are so proud of their hard work and commitment to helping our environment.

To celebrate this achievement, our recycling heroes earned a pack of slime thanks to the generosity of Tri-Arrows Aluminum! 🟢

Every can collected makes a difference, and our students are proving that small actions add up to big impact. Let’s keep the momentum going… keep bringing in those cans! ♻️👏

Let’s show our support for the Bullitt East girls basketball team as they compete in the state tournament today by wearing your Charger gear or the colors black and white. Good luck, Chargers! 🏀❤️🖤

Rain or shine, week day or weekend, the Recycling Superheroes never stop! One crew used their own time to gather the cans from their neighborhood. Which was a great success and filled the car. Others had to empty the large school bin on a rainy, wet day. They know their hard work is helping the Earth. The sign has also been officially displayed on our bin once again. So all things are ready and set to make March the best aluminum beverage can recycling month yet!! ♻️♻️ 🍀We know it can't happen just by luck so please continue to support our school!!! 🍀 #MillionCansContest

Adventures with Adams continued with Samuel! He has a quiet demeanor but his kind manner cannot be unnoticed. His points earned were well deserved and it was my pleasure to celebrate recognizing him for these achievements. I enjoyed supporting him and his creativity constructing a Lego animal. We are proud of his efforts to follow the Braves expectations!

🌟 Adventures with Adams 🌟

Today I had the pleasure of spending time with AJ, Sawyer, and Elaynah for Adventures with Adams! This is always such a special part of my day. Not only do we get to build a Lego animal together, but I also get the opportunity to learn more about each of these amazing students as individuals.

These three worked hard to earn their points by consistently following the Braves Expectations, and they chose to spend those points on this experience which makes it even more meaningful! 👏

Each student brought their own unique design ideas and creative building skills to the table. Watching their excitement as their Lego animals came to life and seeing the pride they felt taking home their new Lego friends was priceless.

I am so proud of the great choices they made to earn this opportunity. It is truly a joy to work with each of them and celebrate their accomplishments! 💙🧱

Two of our awesome students, Ephraim and Lukas, chose to spend their hard- earned points on Adventures with Adams today! They have been working hard, making great choices, and showing responsibility and it paid off. It's always exciting to see students setting goals and then enjoying the reward they earned. I love getting to celebrate their success and make memories together building Lego creations. Way to go, boys you earned it!!

What a great way to start the week! This is Caroline and I had the pleasure of sharing Adventures with Adams with her. She was so polite and patient as she we followed the directions to build her Lego creature. Definitely can see how she earned the points to purchase this activity! Such a role model for all our Braves!!!
