🌟 3rd Grade is CRUSHING IT! 🌟
Our 3rd graders recycling superheroes have officially reached a massive milestone in the Million Cans Contest—they’ve collected 135,000 cans! 🥳
To celebrate this incredible achievement, our amazing partners at Tri-Arrows Aluminum rewarded the students brand-new mini writing boards! We are so grateful for their continued support and partnership on our "Road to Recycling."
🚨 THE FINAL PUSH 🚨
We have ONE MORE DAY to bring in those cans! Our original goal was 150,000, but we have a new challenge: Can we double it? Let’s see if we can push past 150K and reach for the stars. Every single can counts toward our total and helps our environment!
Deadline: Tomorrow!
Goal: Surpass 150,000+ cans
Mission: Keep recycling and keep winning!
We are beyond proud of the hard work and dedication our students, parents, and community have shown. Let’s finish strong! 💪♻️

🎉 Big Cheers for our Golden Goose Greats! 🏆
We are thrilled to announce that Ms. Holm’s and Ms. Sprowles’ classes have officially captured the Golden Goose Greats trophy for this week! These two classes were absolute rockstars in the cafeteria. They didn't just meet expectations—they soared past them! A special shout-out goes to their incredible teamwork when it was time to line up at the end of lunch; they showed us exactly what "ready to leave" looks like.
🥚 What’s the "Golden Goose Egg"?
If you haven't heard the buzz around the dinner table, be sure to ask your students about the Golden Goose Eggs being earned in the cafe! Our students are working hard to show off their best behavior for a chance to bring home the gold.
🔍 The Goose is Watching!
We challenge all our other classes to keep pushing themselves. You never know when the Goose is watching to notice those excellent choices! This week’s focus: While we are looking for all-around great behavior, we are putting a special spotlight on cleaning up! We want to see those tables and floors sparkling after the trays are cleared.
Keep up the great work! Who will take the trophy next week? 🤔

Adventures with Adams!
This time it was Stella who has been earning points for making good choices. We are so proud of her effort and being a good role model of the Braves Expectations! Today she redeemed her points to build a Lego creation with Mrs. Adams. Oh what a fun time it was:) 😊

🌍 Earth Day and Pajamas were a success!!
We only have until this Thursday. April 30th to bring in cans to count in the Million Cans Contest. Invite everyone one to recycle their aluminum beverage cans this week and bring them to MWES!! ♻️ ♻️ ♻️

Congratulations to our first 2 Golden Goose Greats!!
Mrs. Kessler and Mrs. Downs classes housed the trophies last week. They were selected for making the best choices and following the cafe expectations. This is quite the accomplishment! Congratulations! 🎉

Adventures with Adams!!
This event never disappoints and Cora was awesome in creating her potted plant!! She earned her points by following the Braves expectations and is a role model for others. So thrilled she chose to spend her points on this item and so proud of her positive behavior!
Way to go Cora😊

Celebrate Earth Day tomorrow by recycling an empty aluminum beverage can and helping our school!!

🚲 Our 4th graders had an awesome time at today’s Bike Safety Rodeo! Students learned important rules of the road, practiced safe riding skills, and built confidence on their bikes.
From stopping quickly to maneuvering through obstacles, they did a fantastic job showing responsibility and teamwork. We’re so proud of them for putting safety first!
A big thank you to our FRC for organizing this wonderful experience for our students—we appreciate all you do!
