Look what exciting things are coming up this month in our PTA!

Bus 2123 WILL run in the morning - Friday, March 29. Bus 2123 will NOT run in the afternoon today, March 28 or tomorrow, March 29. Bus 1719 WILL run this afternoon - Thursday, March 28. Bus 2020 will NOT run today or tomorrow (3/28-3/29). Sorry for the mix up regarding 2123.

FYI regarding some bus transportation issues this week. Bus 2020 will be out the remainder of the week - March 27-29. Bus 1719 will be out Thursday, March 28. Mr. William stated he hopes to be here for the afternoon run, however, we aren't sure at this time. Bus 2123 will be out Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29. Please be patient with our car rider line these days. Look for staff who may possibly be directing traffic around the front circle to help.

Another reminder to complete Online Registration for the 2024-25 school year. All families of current students must complete OLR before May 17. Log in to your parent portal, select 'More', select 'Online Registration', select 'Existing Student Registration for 2024-25' to get started. Please contact lyn.morris@bullitt.kyschools.us if you need assistance. Only 33% of our students have completed this. Help us get to 100% by May 17.

Congratulations to Carly and her sweet dog Jellybean. They were the winners of our pet contest! They will receive their trophy and treats at the Pow-Wow on Friday.

Hello all - please be advised that the only way to get a class picture this year is to pre-purchase one using the Lifetouch order form sent home this week. Package D is likely your best option to get a few individual pictures and a class picture - the cost is $14.99. In the past there has been an option to purchase just the class picture for $10, but this is not the case this year. You can also pre order on mylifetouch.com using the picture day ID EVTDFN7WH.

In connection with the book our school is reading, The Pet War, we are having our own pet contest. If your child would like to participate they can bring in a picture of their pet by next Tuesday, March 12th. The student's name must be on the back and include your teacher's name to make them easy to return. The pets name can be included on either side. There is a $5 entry fee. The students will vote by putting money in the bag for their pet of choice during the week of March 25th. Can't wait to see your photos!

On Thursday the Gifted and Talented campers gathered at OMES to have a presentation from the Newport Aquarium. They brought stingrays as part of their presentation which was a connection to their current PBL experience. It was great fun visiting with our students!!
