This afternoon, the EdRising boys volleyball tournament took place. There were some hotly contested matches that took place. Thank you to everyone that supported this fundraiser. #ForTheMount

Yesterday, the MWMS Beta Club had an assembly at the end of the day to celebrate reaching the Diaper Drive goal.

Students signed up in their Crew to play baby-themed games to go along with the collaboration with Metro United Way for the Diaper Drive.

MWMS has SIX Generals Cheerleaders that have been invited to tryout for Team USA this weekend!

This is a huge honor to be considered to tryout for this team and potentially represent the USA at the World Cheerleading Championships in April '26 in Orlando, FL.

KSA Announcement!

KY's statewide assessment (KSA) scores have been released. It is intended to measure four different accountability indicators for middle school: (1) Reading and Math, (2) Science/Social Studies/Writing, (3) English Learner Progress and (4) School Climate and Safety. Schools receive ratings based on two key components, status and change. The state combines these scores to create a color rating, which ranges from red (lowest) to blue (highest).

This week, BCPS raises awareness for Homeless Youth. To participate in the dress days is free, but we encourage bringing in a requested items (see graphic) to help us, help those affected by homelessness in our area.
