We made an earlier communication about paying fees using the online site School Cash Online. We've received a few phone calls regarding some issues.
1. If your student appears twice, or doesn't appear at all you may want to wait until tomorrow (August 2) to try to pay the fees online. We were told the system would update on August 1, but maybe that meant it would update on the evening of the 1st instead of being functional on the 1st. If tomorrow or sometime afterwards, your student still doesn't appear or appears twice, then please reach out to MWMS at 502-869-5200.
2. The district is requesting that all fees be paid online and schools do not collect checks or cash onsite. If at all possible, please pay your school fees online using www.schoolcashonline.com
If you have any issues or questions, please reach out to MWMS, during school hours, and we will work through the issues. The school hours until the start of school will be 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. You can contact us at 502-869-5200.

Fees in Bullitt County Public Schools must be paid online using the School Cash Online website. MWMS will be accepting checks and online payments only for school fees. If you have not registered on the site, you must do this prior to paying fees. Visit: www.schoolcashonline.com to register and then pay fees.
BCPS District yearly Chromebook lease fee is $35
MWMS Technology fee (for all students) is $21
If you have any questions, please contact the school (during school hours) at 502-869-5200. If you are prompted for your teacher's name and do not have that information, please place your student's grade level in that field.
