Due to weather, we are moving the evening PGE talent show performance to the Pleasant Grove Elementary Gym. The doors will open at 5:30. Performers should be here by 5:50. Guests may use the field near the playground for overflow parking.

Elementary, middle school (East Running Club) cross country training will begin on July 18. This program is for all kids in grades 2-8 (K/1 siblings of returning runners are allowed to participate) who attend BCPS schools. All runners must have a current sports physical on KHSAA Form GE04 in order to participate. There is a free, no obligation trial period for new runners. Parents of returning runners need to watch SportsYou for updates. Parents of new runners need to contact Coach Kenny Hughes at kenneth.hughes@bullitt.kyschools.us with questions or for SportsYou group information.

The talent show is tomorrow, May 14th! All talent show participants should bring costumes and props for the school rehearsal. The evening performance will start at 6:00p.m. at the WesBanco Amphitheater (weather permitting). We will monitor the weather tomorrow and send out an alert if it needs to be moved to an indoor location.

PGE looks as amazing as it does because of this crew! We are fortunate to have the best of the best working extremely hard to ensure our school is clean and presentable. Thank you for all your hard work!

Let's give a shout of appreciation to our dedicated fourth grade teachers! This team brings smiles to the faces of their students while supporting them as they continue to work with fractions, the scientific method, and synthesizing their learning. We are grateful for their kindness, dedication, and encouragement.

Thank you to Blissful Bites for sending in these amazing cookies for our staff!

The best way to end Staff Appreciation week is with a shout out to our amazing Support Team! This crew sees, knows, and does it all. If you have questions or need assistance these are the people you contact. Thank you for helping PGE run efficiently and without missing a beat!

Our 5th grade teachers work diligently to help our students build independence and confidence in themselves as learners and members of our community. They gradually build upon what every other grade level has done to prepare our students for middle school. These ladies help our students navigate what it means to show leadership and be the oldest students in the building. Thank you for your persistence, high expectations, and laughter!

The Instructional Leadership Team works tirelessly to support the staff, students, and community. Their smiles shine bright, their kindness is evident, and expectations are high. Thank you to a team that leads with integrity!

Our lost and found has grown rather large. If you notice any items that belong to your child, please ask them to pick them up during lunch tomorrow.
All items will be discarded if not claimed by Monday.

Celebrating the hard work of our third grade team is a great way to end the day! This team works hard opening our students up to new experiences and learning. They collaborate well and enjoy planning experiences that challenge thinking.
