FRYSC is a state biannual grant, operated under the Cabinet for Health & Family Services. The mission of FRYSC is to eliminate barriers to student learning by helping ensure equitable opportunities to academic success and sustaining partnerships that promote:

Early learning & successful transition to school;

Academic achievement & well-being; and 

Graduation & transition into adult life.
