MWMS Transportations notes of interest: If you need to know bus number information or bus time information, please visit the BCPS website, Transportation page for that information. Here is the site: https://www.bullittschools.org/page/transportation 1. If students are wanting to walk this school year they must have a new contact on file for this school year. You can contact Mrs. Daugherty at deana.daugherty@bullitt.kyschools.us to submit the Walker's Contract. Students cannot ride a different bus to go home with another student at this time due to some buses covering other routes along with the scheduled route (overcrowding). 3. The only students that can ride the bus to BEHS are students who are participating with a high school club. Students must have a note on file at the MWMS school office. Schedules for the 2023-2024 school year will be released today (Friday, August 4) at 4:00 pm. Schedules are set and schedule changes will be limited to rare situations such as duplicate classes. MWMS Chromebook info: If you were a 6th grade family that didn't get your Chromebook during open house or want to take care of paying fees, Ms. Williams will be available Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30-2:00 at MWMS. You can wait until school starts to send in payment.

MySchoolBucks is NOW ACTIVE! Thank you so much for being patient on this matter. The site has now been rolled over for the '23-'24 school year. You can now pay your MWMS Technology fee ($20) and district Chromebook lease fee ($35) online. Families: The Free/Reduced Meal Application is now live for the '23-'24 school year. Students that desire to walk to/from school must have a walker's form on file. A new form is requested every year. Here is the form, if you have printing abilities. You (or your student) can pick up a form at MWMS, with Mrs. Daugherty. The completed form will be turned into Mrs. Daugherty. Students CANNOT walk without a completed form on file. Attention 6th grade MWMS Families: We look forward to time with 6th grade families at Open House on Tuesday, August 1, from 6-7:30PM. Parents and students will rotate through information sessions, so please plan to be with us for the entire event. At this event, you will meet administration, spend time with teachers, tour the school and pay your $35 Chromebook fee and $20 Technology fee. Fees can be paid with cash or a check made out to MWMS. (Paying through Myschoolsbucks will not be available until just before the first day of school.) This event will offer you and your child a smooth transition to a successful middle school experience. (If you are a new 7th or 8th grade student to MWMS, reach out to Mrs. Hatter (contact information is below) for scheduling a time to tour the building and pay fees.) See you then!
