On Tuesday, we held our school wide STEM challenge, coordinated by Mrs. Ferrell! Students made teams of 3 or 4 to discuss, plan, and build. Their goal was to build a tall tower that could hold a rubber duck.

There are exciting scholarship opportunities here in Kentucky! We wanted to share an awesome program with our families because you can earn an associates degree free through the Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship! The WRKS program is available to college students who have not yet earned an associates degree and certain high school students who are enrolled in college coursework. Nichols Knight's parents and guardians, help us out, please! Our Safe Schools visit will be on March 14th. A team from EKU's Kentucky Center for School Safety will be visiting that day and talking with staff, students, and parents. On that day, the team will share the results of our Safe Schools Survey. Please take a few minutes to complete the Parent Survey below. THE DEADLINE IS MARCH 2ND WHEN THE SURVEY WILL BE DISABLED. WE ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE 80% PARTICIPATION.
