The District STEM competition was last night and both our teams did a FANTASTIC job being innovative problem solvers. Their challenge was to build a spaghetti tower that would withstand an earthquake! Both teams had one of the tallest structures of the night and our K-2 team walked away with 2nd place overall! Way to go Mustang engineers!

Third grade have been interpreting data from fossils to provide evidence of organisms and environments long ago. Today, students in Mrs. Scott’s class learned how fossil dinosaur tracks reveal how quickly they can run. Students raced against dinosaurs their size. Be sure to ask your child
if they were able to outrun a dinosaur.
