Ms. Byrd’s class had another Mystery Reader today! Camden’s grandparents surprised us this morning by coming in to read us a Halloween story. We loved having them join us and appreciate them taking the time to visit our classroom! 📚❤️

Mrs. Piersons Halloween activities - We watched Charlotte’s Web to celebrate finishing the book yesterday, had lots of treats, and made skeleton hands!

1st grade had a guest speaker today! Mr. Hayes, Mrs. Hayes’ husband, came to talk to us about his job as a firefighter and teach us about fire safety.
First grade students have been working on their PBL Project Community Helpers. We had visitors come and talk to them.
We had several athletic students today! Tomorrow, Friday is Heroes in Disguise! Wear A School Appropriate Costume. No masks or face coverings, no inflatable, scary, or gory costumes allowed.
Our 5th grade students productive collaborators are demonstrating their mastery learning as they create advertisements about the the benefits available in the Southern Colonies.
