The program runs 8 weeks, with two 1-hour sessions each week, combining physical activity with social-emotional learning (SEL) to support girls’ growth from a whole-person perspective—building confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits both on and off the track.
Volunteers will guide, encourage, and cheer on our young Mustangs as they move, learn, and grow. No experience necessary—just enthusiasm and a commitment to making a positive impact!
📅 When: Twice a week for 8 weeks, starting end of February/early March
👧 Who: 3rd–5th grade girls
💖 Focus: Physical activity + SEL = stronger, confident girls

Bus 1818 will have a SUB driver for afternoon runs today, 1/22/2026. Students riding bus 1818 will still need to be dropped off in the morning, however.
Bus 2459 will be out this afternoon, 1/22/2026. During car pick up today, ALL drivers of kids that ride bus 2459 should come through the car loop at the FRONT of the school. Families picking up students that ride 2459 should have ID ready. We will issue the person picking up the child a car tag to show on each following visit as long as they are on a child’s IC account. This is necessary for safety and to expedite our pick-up process.
Families needing additional tags can email OESoffice@bullitt.kyschools.us, and extra tags will be sent home via student backpacks.
As a reminder, drop off occurs at the front of the building from 8:30-9 AM each morning. To get every student inside quickly, drivers should pull all the way to the end of the loop by the flagpole. (Please do not stop in the middle of the drop off lane.)
Questions can be directed to OESoffice@bullitt.kyschools.us Thank you for all your help in ensuring your student gets to and from school safely each day.

Skate Party January 22nd to support 4th grade classes.

Greetings, OES families!
Our day begins at 9 AM. Your child’s teacher has shared the Google Meet link via ROOMS with you that will be used today to have students engage virtually on their Chromebooks.
Your student will have two large blocks of virtual instruction – one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. Your student’s teacher will share a schedule if they have not done so already.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your child’s teacher. You can text them via ROOMS or email them at First.Last@bullitt.kyschools.us
We also have staff responding to our office email, oesoffice@bullitt.kyschools.us
We are here to help. Stay safe today, Mustangs!

Today, OES staff learned that bus 1818 will not be operating for the next few weeks. As more information becomes available, we will share it.
This means that students riding bus 1818 will need to be car-drop off and pick-up today and each day moving forward.
