OES Families, The current Covid-19 Incidence Rate in Bullitt County is no longer in the Red (High Category). We are still in the Orange (Substantial Category) bur decided to allow parents/guardians to come eat with their child. Please note, if our county goes back to the RED - Lunch visits will STOP Immediately. Please ensure that you have your identification to scan or you will not be allowed past the front office to eat lunch with your child. If you plan to bring lunch for your child that is not from home, please ensure it is placed in a lunch box or paper bag that is not identifiable from where you purchased it, drinks included.

First Day of Fall (9/22/22) Here are some great family ideas to do this fall: Visit a Farmers Market- find you lots of great foods and even some new friends Have a board game night/day- This is a big hit at my house! Make some popcorn and play your favorite board games together. Go camping- Even if its just in your backyard, enjoy the nice crisp weather together. Attend a local football/basketball game- support your community and get some quality time together. Arts and crafts night/day- great time to make gifts for Christmas coming up. Attend a fall festival- There are tons of these all season long. Overdale Elementary is on 9/30/22, it will be a great way to kick off your fall. Paint/Carve pumpkins- One of the best fall traditions, in my opinion :)

Fall Festival is next week 🎃! We can’t wait to see everyone there 😁😁😁! If you can, we still need candy donations for the Trick-or- Treating that night! Also classes are doing baskets to raffle off: 5th grade- Relaxation/spa 4th grade-movie theme 3rd grade- small gift cards ($5-$10) 2nd grade-Board games,cards, puzzles 1st grade- Christmas Kindergarten - Movie night If you can donate anything to your child’s grade level basket, that would be amazing 🤩! Please send any donations in with your child or drop off in the office! It’s going to be an AWESOME night!!
