Fifth Grade Fun Day was filled with laughter, a little friendly competition, wonderful volunteers, some ice cream, and a lot of water! Even Mrs. Brown, Mrs. Bickley, and Ms. Harbin got in on the action with a rooftop sneak water balloon attack😊

Hats off to our Seniors! Pleasant Grove had hat day and raised $400 for the Senior Class of 2023 (PGE class of 2016). The money raised will be donated to Bullitt East's project graduation; a program in which organized, adult-supervised and alcohol-free activities are offered as part of a post-graduation party, as an alternative to student-run events. Students were excited (and the teachers were emotional) as we cheered them on through the halls of PGE decked out in their caps and gowns. We wish them all the very best as they enter the next chapter of their lives! Our Talent Show was a huge success and we are so proud of the many talented students who performed! The top three acts, based on voting, for both the school and evening performances were Raylan Bohannon (painting to Music), Broadcast (Dance) & Preston Qualls (piano). Thank you to the City of Mt. Mark your calendar for Kids Fest on Saturday, June 17th at Paroquet Springs Conference Center from 10AM-2PM

The East Running Club (cross country) is now accepting registration for the 2022 season. This weekend was the Elementary State Track meet. We are extremely proud of Amber S. and Chase F. on their accomplishments!! * AMBER 100 meter dash - 5th 1600 meter run - 7th 400 meter dash - 8th * CHASE 100 meter dash - 7th 400 meter dash - 3rd Long Jump - 5th Both are also members of the Eastside Track team and Amber will compete this weekend in the Middle School State Meet.
