Our first Breakfast Buddies Event of the year is coming up next week. Please sign up for this fantastic event by Friday, October 17th. Breakfast is from 8:40-9:10 on Tuesday, October 21st (M/T PreK, 1st, 3rd, 5th) and Thursday, October 23rd (W/Th Pre K, Headstart, K, 2nd, 4th). An adult breakfast is $3.25. Food from restaurants/fast food is not permitted in cafe. Please have the exact change.

This year, our district has adopted Beanstack to ignite the love of reading for our students. The fun is in full swing at Roby! We challenge our students to continue reading at home as well. After a family storytime, be sure to log your minutes in Beanstack. See the images below for directions on how to log your time.

🎉 Shoutout to our amazing September Citizens of the Month! 🎉 These students were nominated for consistently showing kindness, respect, and responsibility. We are so proud of the positive example they set for others every day! #RESCitizenOfTheMonth

There is boys and girls basketball practice tomorrow, October 8th from 4:45-6:00pm.

Second, First, and Kindergarten read “Officer Buckle and Gloria” to learn about safety rules. Then SRO Schank talked with students to discuss stranger danger, car safety and bike safety.
