We are pleased to announce that Online Registration (OLR) for the 2026-2027 school year will officially open on Monday, March 9, 2026.
Please note a significant update to this year’s OLR process: we will be requiring all registering existing families to upload a current Photo ID/Driver's License of Parent/Guardian with their current address and 2 proofs of residency.
This is a necessary step to ensure the accuracy of our enrollment records and to ensure we have updated addresses for all our families.
We encourage you to begin preparing your necessary residency documentation ahead of the registration opening date, which will be March 9th.
Below you will find a list of acceptable documents:
🪪 Current Photo ID/Driver’s License
📋2 - Proofs of Residency:
✔️Authentic home builder contract with approved district transfer, lease, closing statement, or other home dwelling document.
✔️Utility bill: Current electricity, gas or water bill with current address
✔️Current employee check stub with current address
✔️Current vehicle registration that matches the driver’s license submitted
✔️Government agency correspondence with current address
✔️Voter registration card
Thank you for your assistance as we prepare for the 2026-2027 school year.

Families, we want to shout out our first round of Outstanding Paloma Participants! These students have completed more than 75% of their Paloma lessons at home over the first two weeks we've used the program. Mr. Baragary couldn't resist getting in the picture with them and was so excited for them! If you have a student at SES who is in Kindergarten, first, or second grade you should be receiving a text from Paloma each week with literacy activities for your student that are on their level. We would love to recognize more OPPs in the coming weeks.
For more information about Paloma please use the link found here or email Mr. Baragary!

Families, on this snowy Monday remember that SES has partnered with Paloma for the second half of the school year! Paloma is a free program for all Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade families that provides individualized daily literacy lessons for students. There’s no app, no sign ups, and no requirements. Your student being an SES student is all you need! Beginning the week of January 26th (TODAY!) you will receive a daily text message with a link to a 10-15 minute lesson you can complete with your student at home each day. It's a warm and simple activity that's perfect for a snow day!
There’s no requirement, this isn’t for a grade, it isn’t homework, it’s just another way that we can all help your student be their best self each day. If you have a student who is in Kindergarten, 1st grade, or 2nd grade please view the slide show linked below and watch for a text from the number “57536” the week of January 26th!! We’re very excited to partner with Paloma and hope it can be a big help to our students and families at home!
