This week, we are also recognizing all that our Family Resource Center does to make sure our students have everything they need, every day. An assortment of programs this year have provided students with hygiene bags, books, hats, gloves, headphones, backpacks, school supplies, underwear, more books, food bags, Thanksgiving/Christmas food boxes, shoes, MORE books, pajamas, blankets, nightlights, and even more books! Upcoming programs will provide dental and vision screenings, mentoring groups, and community support as we prepare for next school year! Whew, that feels like a lot, and we've barely scratched the surface of all the FRC and Ms. Traci Gould, and her invaluable volunteers, do for our Stingrays everyday!

Families, we would love to see you out at BCHS this Sunday for our first basketball game of the season! Gates open at 2:30. Admission is $5 for adults and free for children age 10 and under. No passes will be accepted, including the district issued "Grand Parent" passes, as this is a school fundraiser, not a normal KHSAA sanctioned athletic event. Ticket are good for both games should you stay for both. Concessions will be available for purchase.

We had a fabulous 100th day of school! Students showed off their creativity by dressing up as 100 year olds or wearing a shirt with 100 items! We celebrated with having a random drawing every 100 minutes of the day for prizes and some students had fun activities in their classrooms with the number 100! More pics to come!!!

Today during math and reading Mrs. Malin's class had "GLOW" much fun! They used neon sticky notes, highlighters, and glow sticks to complete their work!

We had a great morning at Shepherdsville! FAMILY MEETINGS were super fun this morning! The GREEN house won the HOUSE PARTY and got to play bingo! Each house also worked on learning their new HOUSE CHANT today!
