FRYSC Appreciation Week celebrates our incredible Family Resource & Youth Services Center Coordinators, who dedicate their time to building relationships between schools, homes, & communities to support families & help students succeed. Our EMT Dual Credit Program started 4 years ago due to the needs of both our students and local community. Currently, 10% of Bullitt County's EMT workforce is made up of students that went though this program. Recently, Judge Summers and EMT Director, Chris, visited our EMT students to share benefits, experiences, and opportunities available in our local community. Our THRIVE Academy for new teachers is still going strong!
Last week, our new teachers gathered to focus on goal setting and team building. They were able to share successes and areas of growth from the first half of the year and also discussed their goals for the spring semester.
Our THRIVE Coaches strategically connected interns so that they can continue to build a support system amongst each other as they move through the remainder of the year.
