Our THRIVE Academy for new teachers is still going strong!
Last week, our new teachers gathered to focus on goal setting and team building. They were able to share successes and areas of growth from the first half of the year and also discussed their goals for the spring semester.
Our THRIVE Coaches strategically connected interns so that they can continue to build a support system amongst each other as they move through the remainder of the year.

Last week, our Bullitt County Youth Coalition visited Washington DC to attend the CADCA Conference. They spent time with Congressman Brett Guthrie on Capitol Hill and coalition member Graicey Greenwell also presented at the conference. We couldn't be more proud! #MovingForward

We recently featured CGES 5th grader, Elvis, in a Beyond the Bell segment with Dr. Bacon. In his video, Elvis mentioned that his goal was to get a computer. We had an extremely generous, anonymous community member step in and take care of that for him! Both Elvis and his family were VERY appreciative of this kind donation and we are blown away by how much our community loves our kids!

Things are rocking and rolling at Bernheim this morning! Our staff moved into some of the newly finished classrooms yesterday and our students were able to see them for the first time this morning! Progress now continues in other areas of the school. #MovingForward
